Location of hotel for transport links. Staff were all amazing from arrival till checking out. Our special request for rooms to be near each other was met! Giving our daughter her own privacy but security we where at hand when needed. Breakfast options catered for all our needs setting us up for the day ahead. Seated within minutes and we went down at different times each morning Thurs-Sunday. Concierge great help for taxi to Albert Hall. Our daughter enjoyed time at Tyburn kitchen bar for hot drinks and snacks. All staff members we had interactions with we found pleasant and helpful. I read a review re: waiting times for lifts can honestly say given the floor levels they serve no issues from breakfast times or any other times we used them. Will be visiting again that's for sure.

Room is fine: it is updated (which is not in every 4 star (Hilton) hotel). Shower is good, bed is good. Enough space. The hotel looks good, and there is a coffee bar, restaurant, etc. It is close to 2 different metro stations (Bakerloo line, and Circle line/Hammersmith & City line). Coffee bars are across the street, and it is 10 min. walk to Marble Arch (the beginning of shopping street Oxford Street, and the corner of Hyde Park). Coffee and tea facilities are also in the room. Nice view from the top floors.

Room is spacious, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. I usually have a lot of trouble sleeping well in hotels due to the change in environment, but I slept so well in the Hilton, to the point I did not suffer from jet lag at all -- it was a pleasant surprise! I love the convenient location next to Paddington station, and with convenience stores and an M&S right at our doorstep. The breakfast buffet was decent too.

for us its always been the location for many years that we have been staying here whenever we visit London. walking distance to Hyde park,Oxford street and all halal eateries with variety of choice. bus and underground stations only few steps,Paddington station also not too far. I thank your staff at reception, concierge desk and door for assistance whenever we required anything.
