Hilton London Metropole

Room was very comfortable and had everything you need for a few days break. Like that ironing facilities provided and the shower was really good.

We stayed at the Hilton London Metropole from the 8th to the 12th of July with our two kids and had a truly enjoyable experience. The family room was perfect – spacious, comfortable, and ideal for relaxing after busy days in London. The half board was great value, and the breakfast service was absolutely outstanding – plenty of variety, fresh options, and excellent service. A special thank you to Jorge, who made us feel genuinely welcome every morning and went out of his way to assist us. His warmth and attention really stood out and made our mornings even better. There was only one hiccup during our stay: one evening, we were unable to dine at the restaurant due to an issue with the kitchen’s ventilation system. Unfortunately, we weren't informed in advance, which caught us off guard. However, this was more than compensated by Hady at the front desk, who was incredibly professional and helpful. Not only did he ensure we were refunded for that dinner, but he also arranged a late check-out for us – which made a huge difference when travelling with young children. Overall, a wonderful family stay. Great facilities, excellent service, and a staff that truly cares. We’ll definitely return.

A lavish bathroom with a shower and tube, elevated the experience. 2. Location Nestled in the city’s heart, the hotel offered easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The vibrant, safe neighborhood was perfect for exploring cultural landmarks and trendy spots day or night. 3. Staff The warm and professional staff provided personalized recommendations and remembered details. The concierge service was exceptional. Hady and David were extremely helpful, securing reservations and ensuring a comfortable stay. 4. Housekeeping Housekeeping delivered spotless rooms and thorough daily cleaning without disrupting my schedule. 5. Room Service Room service was prompt, delivering high-quality, beautifully presented dishes within 20 minutes. The menu’s mix of local and international options, plus a late-night selection, was reasonably priced for a luxury hotel. 6. Customer Help Desk The help desk quickly resolved a billing issue and offered detailed city navigation tips. Accessibility via phone, email, and the hotel’s app, with follow-up checks, ensured satisfaction. 7. Breakfast The extensive breakfast buffet featured fresh, locally sourced fruits, pastries, and made-to-order eggs in a bright dining area. Attentive staff kept coffee flowing and plates cleared promptly.

We arrived at 11:30 and we asked if our room was ready to check in. It wasn’t which was perfectly fine as we knew the check in time was at 15:00. The reception guy (Hady) gave us the option to pay for an upgrade to an Executive room which was available for immediate checking in with access to the executive lounge and breakfast (our initial booking did not include breakfast) and we are not regretting paying for the executive room. The room was on the 9th floor, spacious, clean, modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We went to the Oasis Wembley concert on Friday and then on Saturday we went to Imagine Dragons at Tottenham Hotspur stadium which were both easily accessible by the Tube lines opposite the hotel. And Heathrow Express is only a 10-min walk.
